About the Alchemist…
At the outset, I dreamed of becoming a project manager—not for the power, but out of a deep conviction: to orchestrate teams, you first have to speak their language. That belief led me to the place where ideas take shape—in code.
As a developer, I immersed myself in technical mechanics, unseen constraints, and relentless logic. I learned to converse with machines, solve complex challenges, and even mentor fellow explorers on their programming journeys. But another voice soon emerged: the users’. Their frustrations, intuitions, and silences. Behind every bug, missed click, or abandoned page lay a story to listen to—a riddle to solve.
This curiosity nudged me into UX design, adopting the mindset of an investigator and the empathy of a mediator. Crafting tools wasn’t enough; I wanted to give them meaning—sculpt experiences. I learned to understand needs, anticipate behaviors, and streamline journeys. Like an alchemist, I pursue the perfect blend of function and delight, logic and emotion.
Now, with nearly a decade of experience, I continue to navigate this hybrid path at the crossroads of tech, design, and leadership. What drives me? Tackling intricate puzzles, tuning into subtle signals, and transforming constraints into opportunities.
